The framework behind the series
The A.L.I.V.E. Method
Every guide in this series moves through the same five stages. Not because change is a formula, but because there's a natural order to it. You can't integrate what you haven't named. You can't embody what you haven't practised. The ALIVE Method is the shape this work takes, so you can fully integrate it into your life through a supported and proven method.
Awaken
Before anything can shift, it has to be seen. This is where you name the pattern that's been running quietly in the background — the one that's started to feel like "just who you are," but isn't. Awakening isn't dramatic. It's recognition. The moment you read something and think: oh. That's me.
Liberate
Naming a pattern and being free of it are two different things. This is the work of loosening its grip — through shadow work, honest reflection, and the questions you've been quietly avoiding. It can feel uncomfortable. It's also where the real movement happens.
Integrate
The parts of yourself you've pushed away, outgrown, or been ashamed of don't disappear — they wait. Integration is bringing them back into the fold. Not fixing them. Including them. This is where the fragmented start to feel whole again.
Validate & Value
So much of what keeps a pattern alive is the belief that you're not enough without it. This stage rebuilds that relationship from the ground up — with affirmations and reflections that don't just sound nice, but actually meet you where you are.
Express & Embody
The final stage is where the work leaves the page. A ritual, a daily practice, a small act repeated until it's no longer "practice" — it's just how you live now. This is the difference between insight and transformation.

Which guide should I start with?
Start with your rising sign — it's the lens through which you experience the world and often the place where your patterns are most visible. Your moon sign guide is the most emotional and the most vulnerable. Your sun sign is the identity work. All three together are the full picture.
Do I need to know astrology to use these?
No. Each guide is written so that a complete beginner and a seasoned student can both move through it meaningfully. The astrology is explained as you need it — but the real work is the inner work, not chart knowledge.
How is this different from a standard astrology guide?
Most astrology content tells you what your sign is like. These guides ask what your sign has been costing you — and what it would feel like to step into the full version of yourself instead. Shadow work, tarot, ritual and journalling are woven together with the astrology, not treated separately.
How long does each guide take?
There's no required timeline. Some women move through a guide in an intense few days. Others return to sections over weeks or months. Each guide is designed to be revisited — the prompts will land differently at different life stages.
