Birth Chart Calculator

Our website includes a birth chart tool built for us using Free Astrology API, a third-party astrology calculation service. If you use this tool, the birth details you provide (date, time, and location) are sent to Free Astrology API to calculate your chart. Free Astrology API's own terms state that they do not collect or retain personal information submitted through their service — the only data they gather is anonymised usage analytics.

To help you find your birth location, we also use Open-Meteo's free geocoding service, which matches the town or city you type to its coordinates. No birth date or time is sent to this service — only the place name you search for.

If you choose to email yourself your results, your first name, email address, and chart results (your Sun, Moon and Rising signs) are added to our mailing list, hosted by MailerLite, so we can send you your results and, if you'd like to hear from us again, our regular emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary:

• Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you
• Customers: for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements (usually six years for financial records)
• Quiz responses: retained to provide your result and improve the quiz, unless you ask us to delete them

You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 8).
