Our Products

We sell digital products, including downloadable PDF guides and gift cards. Our guides are currently priced at £20 each unless otherwise stated; other products may be offered at different prices, which will always be shown clearly at the point of purchase. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.

Our products are intended as tools for self-reflection and personal insight. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. You are responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.

Purchases and Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that the payment information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is complete and a contract is formed between us.

Delivery of Digital Products

Your digital product will be delivered automatically by email as a downloadable PDF, usually within a few minutes of purchase. No physical product will be sent. Please ensure the email address you provide at checkout is correct, and check your spam or junk folder if your download does not arrive promptly.

If your download does not arrive, will not open, or you experience any other issue accessing your product, please contact us at support@yoursacredpatterns.com and we will put it right.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned. For this reason, all sales are final once your product has been delivered, and you agree to waive your usual 14-day right to cancel for digital content by proceeding with your download.

However, we always want you to receive what you paid for. If something genuinely goes wrong — for example, your download does not arrive, the file will not open, or you have been charged in error — please contact us at support@yoursacredpatterns.com and we will resolve it, including issuing a refund where appropriate.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and are subject to the following terms:

• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of purchase.
• Gift cards can be used towards the purchase of our digital products and have no cash value.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our products — including text, guides, designs, images, the ALIVE Method, and all written material — is the intellectual property of Your Sacred Patterns and is protected by copyright.

Our birth chart calculator is powered by Free Astrology API, a third-party astrology calculation service, together with Open-Meteo for location search. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, or ongoing operation of these third-party services. Any information you submit to calculate your chart is governed by these providers' own terms, in addition to ours.

Your chart results are provided for personal interest and reflection, and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

If you choose to receive your results by email, your details will be added to our mailing list via MailerLite, our email service provider, and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep our website and products available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change or withdraw products and content at any time.

Governing Law
